Create groups and plan your next outdoor vacation.
Through collaborative planning and editing, you can easily put together the perfect routes and share with friends or users from the global Outdooractive community.
We analyzed the existing screenflow of the app and searched for weaknesses in user guidance and visual design. We had a look on the options of interaction for the user on each of the screens. This detailed analysis revealed a few weak points, which we recorded in order to address and optimize them in our redesign. We developed a new user-relevant feature in addition to visual and structural optimization: The Outdooractive Community. The Delight feature is based on functions such as mutual exchange, collaborative planning and the need-based discovery of new routes.
The result is a clickable prototype of the redesign built in Figma and the following video. We illustrated what using the new outdooractive redesign and its screenflow could look like.
